Shipping
I DO NOT currently offer worldwide shipping. Shipping is offered at a 15$ flat rate regardless of order size. Your order will shipped within 7 days of being placed and you will be notified with tracking information. All items are shipped via UPS or USPS and are insured in case of damage/breaks.
Due to Covid-19 your order may be delayed. Please review tracking information to check the location of your order.
I am working on worldwide shipping and hope to implement in Q4 of 2021.
I am not liable for any incorrect information on the address entry form. This includes any typing errors or incorrect entry on the billing and shipping address forms.

Purchases
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected
All sales are final.
All products are photographed for sale. This may result in discrepancies in color, texture, detail, gradation and lighting. By purchasing, you are acknowledging that you understand that the product may not appear exactly as pictured.

Damaged Products
In the event that a product is damaged in the shipping process, please contact me by emailing me at Glassbygroves@Gmail.com with the subject line damage. I will do my best to ensure that your product is refunded/repaired dependent upon the situation and product. Damage reports MUST be made within 7 days of delivery. I am not liable to repair, replace or refund your product(s) after 7 days of delivery.

Intellectual property
All designs and creations are the intellectual property of Glass by Groves. I reserve the right to replicate any and all designs unless otherwise contracted.
